This website has been seized by Jason Lee Van Dyke in his capacity as receiver in Cause No. CC-07-12215-D in the Dallas County Court at Law No. 4, styled
American Excelsior Co. v. Southwest Rain-Makers, Inc. d/b/a Southwest Development Custom Homes. This receivership proceeding was initiated pursuant to
the Texas Turnover Act (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Sec. 31.002) due to the failure of Southwest Development Custom Homes to pay a judgment rendered against it in that cause.
All property of Southwest Rain-Makers, Inc. d/b/a Southwest Development Custom Homes is now property of the receivership and under the jurisdiction of the Court.
